1990 entwickelte Mel in Partnerschaft mit Guinness Brewing Worldwide das Irish Pub Konzept, das die Grundlage f\u00fcr das irische Pub-Design in der heutigen Welt bildet. Er ist Fellow des Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland. <\/p>\n

Mel schafft eine beeindruckende Verbindung zwischen Kunsthandwerk und formaler Architektur und Design. Er baute seine Unternehmen auf dem Ruf auf, Veranstaltungsorte neu zu definieren und das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern. <\/p>\n
