Simon is a founder of McNally Design International UAE and is an active director of the Irish Pub Company. 

Simon splits his time between Dubai and Dublin, where he works as client liason for many international clients and hospitality groups. He travels to markets throughout the world, liasing with clients, introducing them to his relevant business network and helping them set up succesful working businesses.

Over the past 16 years he has built a large network of business partners with whom he works day to day. Simon is a committee member to RPM Saudi and a large development company in Africa.

Simon and his team operate their internationally renowned architectural and interior design company, McNally Design International, from their head office in Dubai, creating concepts and venues in the hotel and leisure sectors throughout the world.
