Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher performed a new song on Sunday at a local pub in Charlestown, Ireland.
A six-minute video of the impromptu mini-set surfaced online and reveals that Gallagher’s new song may include a reference to brother and ex-bandmate Noel Gallagher and his newest solo album Chasing Yesterday. The two are known for their uncomfortable and at-odds relationship after the band split in 2009.
“When I wake up and I hear you say,” Gallagher sings, “There’s no love worth chasing yesterday.”
Noel told Rolling Stone in January that he would only reunite the once-huge English band for money.
